You will learn a balanced, focused, and inspired approach to meditation. There's movement to release tension; music, affirmation, and visualization to calm and inspire; and breath awareness and mantra to concentrate the mind. Each step leads you toward complete stillness.

Class can only be taken as a series. Includes written instruction & guided meditations CD.

Meditation for Starters

Kick-start your meditation practice with this one hour workshop offering a simple, straightforward approach that combines imagery with centering techniques. Can also be used as an excellent introduction to the three-class meditation series.
