Meditation Classes at Ananda

Meditation Series Levels 1, 2 & 3:

Prepay Levels 1, 2 & 3 (on Tuesdays) for $65 and save $10.
Bonus: add Yoga for Meditation, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., and it’s only $25 for 3 (or $35 for 5) yoga classes.

Level 1 - Breath Awareness

If you’ve tried meditation on your own but find it difficult to stay focused and get results, discover the power of a guided, group meditation with an experienced instructor. You will learn a balanced, focused, and inspired system and approach to meditation. There’s movement to release tension; music, affi rmation, and visualization to calm and inspire; and breath awareness and mantra to concentrate the mind. Each step leads you toward complete stillness.
Includes written instruction & guided meditations CD.

Level 3 - Chakra Awareness

Designed for those with Level 1 or equivalent training, this workshop teaches chakra energization, visualization, and chanting exercises to awaken the subtle doorways to higher awareness.

Level 2 - Breath Control: Pranayama

(Seattle & Bothell)

Designed for those with Level 1 or equivalent training, this class teaches key breath control techniques to experience the power of pranayama.

Kick-start your meditation practice with this one hour workshop offering a simple, straightforward approach that combines imagery with centering techniques. Can also be used as an excellent introduction to the meditation series described above.
