Seattle
$40.00 plus text, $10

Thursdays

Money Magnetism by Swami Kriyananda
Attachment to money is what blocks its flow into our lives. That flow begins with understanding that money is ENERGY and that energy is not a thing. Willingness, joy, service to others, generosity — in short an expansive intention and a creative spirit —these are what brings the fl ow of all that is good and needful into our lives.

No class on June 19th.

register

Susan McGinnis

Seattle
$25.00

Saturday

10:30 am – 1:00 pm

Art as a Hidden Message by Swami Kriyananda
Creating art can be an inspired process. Both its creation and its appreciation communicates a sense of well-being and connectedness with all life. “Art for art’s sake” contributes nothing of value to either its creator or to others. In this hands-on workshop, we will consider art from the perspective of human aspirations. We will experience for ourselves the joy of creativity when drawn from a higher awareness. No prior art experience is necessary. Materials supplied.

Hinduism is the world’s most ancient and continuous religion. Its very antiquity has spawned a diversity of spiritual customs and expressions that are bewildering to say the least. India has been called the “guru” of planet Earth because every form of devotion and spiritual practice finds expression somewhere within Hinduism’s tolerant and welcoming embrace. In this three week course, discover the ancient and timeless revelations which unite them all.

Tuesdays, Apr 8 to Jun 10

7:30 pm – 9:00 pm

AT EAST WEST BOOKSHOP IN BOTHELL
(Just down the street from the temple)

In the practice of yoga, proper alignment of the spine is essential. Yoga applied to the marketplace refers to the alignment of the "spine" of our ideals with the "body" of our actions. This is the secret of success, in all endeavors, material or spiritual. The "quick buck, what's in it for me?" approach to business eventually robs us of both customers and conscience. Swami Kriyananda's 26-week study course in applying yoga principles to material success will be presented by Ananda minister and East West staff member Jacqueline Snitkin in three 3-month segments.
Part 3, Joy in Business, will take place Sept. 16 through Nov. 18. (no class May 6, Oct. 7 & Nov. 4).

No class on May 6th.
